CARA PAGAN, LPC, ACS
Founder, Lead Therapist
With 13 years of experience in counseling, my journey has been deeply rooted in a person centered and somatic approach to therapy, emphasizing the interconnectedness of mind and body. I have had the privilege of working in both private counseling and school counseling settings, accumulating valuable insights and honing my skills along the way. With 5 years of experience in private counseling and 13 years in school counseling, I bring a wealth of expertise to my practice. My diverse background has equipped me with the ability to work with a wide range of clients, including individuals, medical professionals, young adults, and adolescents. I specialize in helping those struggling with depression, anxiety, burnout, and life changes and transitions.

Throughout my career, I've integrated holistic principles and somatic techniques into my practice, recognizing the profound impact they have on emotional well-being. By addressing both the psychological and physiological aspects of my clients' experiences, I strive to foster a more comprehensive and transformative healing process.

My passion lies in supporting individuals as they navigate life's challenges, offering a unique approach that honors their unique journey. Whether it's working with individuals, medical professionals, young adults, or adolescents, my goal remains the same: to empower my clients to cultivate greater alignment and resilience in all aspects of their lives. I founded Aligned Therapy Center to provide a safe and supportive space for clients to explore the mind-body connection, tapping into the wisdom of their own bodies as a source of healing and growth. Together, we'll embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation, fostering a deeper sense of harmony and well-being. I'm here to support you every step of the way.

Helping individuals navigate life's challenges with empathy and patience has always been a passion of mine. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults experiencing anxiety, OCD, emotional dysregulation, and relationship issues. VICTORIA KISH, LAC

I am a Licensed Associate Counselor who is passionate about supporting adolescents and adults as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. I understand that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I strive to meet each person with warmth, empathy, and genuine care. My clinical experience spans both hospital and community-based settings, where I have worked with diverse populations facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, mood dysregulation, family issues, and adjustment-related stressors.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I tailor treatment to each individual’s unique needs, integrating cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and motivational interviewing. Through this integrative approach, I help clients better understand patterns in their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and behaviors, while also building practical skills to support meaningful change.
I aim to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself. I believe therapy is a partnership, and I am here to walk alongside you as you build insight, strengthen resilience, and move toward lasting growth.
